What is it?
The detailed listing from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that describes the property features, taxes, and strata fees.
Why do we need it?
Lenders use this to verify property details (size, age, heating type) and to estimate the property value before ordering an appraisal.
Key Requirements
Usually the 'Realtor Version' is preferred as it has more detail.
Must show the MLS number and current list price.
