• Letter of Employment (Dated within 60 days)
• Paystub (Dated within 30 days)
• Notice of Assessment (Last two years)
• T4 (Most recent two years)
If you are sole proprietor or partner of your own business:
• Notice of Assessment (Most recent NOA summary of your received Tax Return)
• T1 General (Most recent 2 years of Full Tax Returns)
• Statement of Business Activities (Included in the Full Tax Return)
• Statement of Account (Confirmation no income taxes owing)
If you own a business that is a corporation:
• Notice of Assessment (Most recent 2 years)
• T1 General (Most recent 2 years of Full Tax Returns)
• Business Financials (Most recent 2 years prepared by an accountant)
