What is it?
A closing document prepared by your lawyer/notary that shows the final financial adjustments for a purchase (taxes, strata, utilities, etc.).
Why do we need it?
For some files, lenders request it to confirm the final closing details and any credits/debits at completion.
Key Requirements
Provide the complete statement (all pages).
Must include the property address and closing date.
If revisions exist, provide the final version.
