What is it?
A signed lease agreement showing rent amount, term, and tenant details for the property.
Why do we need it?
If the property is (or will be) a rental, lenders use this to validate rental income assumptions and occupancy details.
Key Requirements
Signed agreement (all pages).
Must show monthly rent, start date, and tenant names.
If month-to-month, provide the latest agreement or proof of current rent.
