What is it?
A document completed by the seller that discloses known facts and issues about the property.
Why do we need it?
For some purchases, lenders and insurers may request it as part of the overall file to understand the subject property.
Key Requirements
Provide the complete, signed PDS (all pages).
Include any addendums or updates.
Ensure the property address matches the Contract of Purchase & Sale.
