What is it?
A statement issued by your city or municipality indicating the assessed value of your home and the taxes owed for the year.
Why do we need it?
Lenders need to know the exact amount of your property taxes to include them in your debt service ratios (GDS/TDS).
Key Requirements
Must be for the current tax year.
Must show the full amount before the Home Owner Grant.
Must confirm the property address and roll number.
