What to include when you upload screenshots from banking or portals.

Guidance for screenshots used as supporting documentation, such as proof of payments, balances, or account details.
Why do we need it?
Screenshots can be acceptable for certain items, but they must include enough information for lender compliance checks.
Key Requirements
Include your name and the institution name.
Include dates (or the date range) whenever possible.
Include the full URL or app header if visible.
Avoid cropping out account identifiers (last 4 digits are often sufficient).
